(CH Afterhours Snowstorm x Norrie Lake's Birthday Surprise)

Spy is a wonderful dog that Gigi Wood (Norrie Lake Collies) entrusted to me. She had a rough start with a nasty neighbor that really made things difficult. She came out of her shell though with a lot of obedience training and socialization. For the first 3 months I had her, Thursday night training classes consisted of 45 minutes of training and 1.5 hours of being handed off to whoever wants to hold her leash. It really helped.

Spy also loved when I brought her up to my room to sleep with me. Fortunately I was able to teach her that the bed is MINE and that if she wants to be on it she has to MOVE OVER! (otherwise I wouldn't have any room to sleep!) But since I put a folded up blanket on the floor at the end of the bed, she seemed to prefer to sleep there.

Spy was sent back to her co-owner and breeder Gigi Wood so that she could work on finding her a retirement home, but unfortunately, shortly after she found that new home she got frightened and jumped the fence. She was then hit by a car and lived a couple of weeks before it was apparent that her injuries were incompatible with life and she was gently helped to the Rainbow Bridge.
